Nonviolent Communication (NVC) in Business
We thrive when in a culture that we can look forward to being in every day. Where we feel free to contribute ideas, where we can easily be creative, innovative and confident to handle challenging tasks. When we have influence, we want to take co-responsibility, we are committed and can work effectively. We can feel fulfilled and uplifted when we have made good efforts and been productive. Efficiency and well-being go hand in hand.
Nonviolent Communication is used in many workplaces as a tool for conflict management and as a process that fosters respect, collaboration, creativity and effective meetings.
Some areas I have worked with:
Collaborative Leadership
Transforming workplace bullying into peaceful coexistence
IVK as a basis for formulation of goals and values
To prevent and maintain own health
Coping with stress and burnout
Conflict management – Dress up managers and employees so they are well prepared for conflict management with customer and supplier
Communication and collaboration
Structure
Conversation and training can take place at the company or by appointment.
Individual interview with employee / manager:
About conflict / stress / burnout / affected by grief / personal crisis
Relationships focused coaching. See more on the coaching page
training program
With training, one can expect to translate the learned into practice and integrate it into the collaboration in the future
Conflict mediation with employee / manager / customer / supplier
The above mentioned topics are also offered as a 3 hour workshop.
With training sessions or workshops, we can train the skills we need to be able to be creative, productive and cross-cultural in teamwork.
