About Nonviolent Communication (NVC)

Nonviolent Communication (NVC)

NVC is a language and a communication process that creates and maintaines life-enriching contact between people. It was introduced by Marshall B. Rosenberg, Ph.D, and is based on honesty and empathy. NVC enables us to hear our own feelings and needs as well as the needs and feelings of others.

The NVC process transforms a Culture of War into a Culture of Peace by finding solutions that fit You & Me and not You or Me.

we're likely to create more harm than good."
